Our Manufacturing Operator is a part of a team composed of over 20 people that are integrated into the Manufacturing Department and focuses on safely producing and delivering hydrogen peroxide to our customers. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for executing the manufacturing and finished goods processes in accordance with DOT and QHSE (quality, health safety and environmental) rules and regulations, in a cost-effective manner, while meeting or exceeding customer requirements. You will be accountable for monitoring all direct aspects of chemical process production, maintaining written records of field instrumentation readings, starting and stopping compressors, blowers, pumps, and preparing equipment for maintenance. You will also turn valves and adjust controls associated with various piping, vessels, and other equipment, ensuring on-time delivery of finished goods while meeting or exceeding customer requirements, and ensuring DOT regulations for all transport vehicles and movement of hazardous materials are followed.
