Requirements

  • Excellent communication in English to effectively collaborate with customers, truckers, warehouses and internal commercial teams
  • Self-motivated, detailed oriented and fast paced
  • Ability to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in product movement
  • Exceed customer service expectation and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
  • (2-5) years professional experience in resin industry (domestic preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Experience working in an ERP system (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Collect orders from Tricon’s sales team and enter into ERP system
  • Send order confirmations to customers
  • Coordinate pick up and delivery dates for product shipments
  • Keep track of past and current orders to ensure smooth delivery and return of empty railcars
  • Maintain order summary for commercial team visibility
  • Prepare complete documentation for each shipment (BOL, COA, CI, PL)
  • Manage claims related to product delivery
  • Onboard new customers into ERP system
