In this role, you will be responsible for following detailed work instructions, setting up and operating complex machinery, and ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards. The Production Operator will also maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, while striving to meet production metrics such as takt time. This position not only requires technical skills but also a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement, as you will be expected to contribute to various phases of production and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The hourly wage for this position starts at $18.46, with additional shift differential pay available.
