Position Summary:
Set up and operate cutting equipment (e.g., guillotine/programmable cutters) to trim printed materials to exact dimensions
Read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and trim specifications
Measure and verify cut accuracy using rulers
Perform routine adjustments to back gauge, blade depth, and clamping pressure
Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure quality standards are met
Perform basic preventative maintenance (blade changes, cleaning, lubrication)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience operating industrial cutting equipment (printing or manufacturing preferred)
• Ability to read and understand job tickets and production specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, conversions)
• Ability to lift materials (up to ~50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent attendance and can work flexible hours that will include overtime
