About The Position

Essential Duties and Accountabilities Performs a wide range of skilled tasks to install, maintain, and repair Gerber production machines and facility equipment. Provides emergency and unscheduled repairs during production, as well as scheduled maintenance during machine service windows. Applies mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production machinery. Reads and interprets equipment manuals, diagrams, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnoses issues, replaces or repairs parts, tests equipment, and makes necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation. Conducts regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facility systems. Uses a variety of hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and material‑handling devices to perform duties safely and effectively. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all tasks. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follows all company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience operating or maintaining mechanical equipment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to understand basic work instructions and safety guidelines in English.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
