Monitor and manage BHS (Baggage Handling System) and BMS (Building Maintenance Systems) providing time critical communications and coordination in reactive and preventative maintenance needs. The coordinator must be able to use all the tools and resources in place to disseminate and provide clear, concise and accurate information and direction to a large staff in an effort to keep the BHS functioning properly and direct maintenance activity needed within the facilities. Monitor the system performance for mechanical malfunctions and facilitates adjustments to the system to maintain maximum operational control. Monitor and use Brock Controlled Web Client Baggage Operating systems, BOSS Tracking System and CAAMS. Track and report baggage and customer operational data using Brock Web Client, BART and Shares. Monitor L3 screening equipment, inform TSA staff of system malfunction or changes to operation. Prepare baggage system reports: hourly, daily, monthly and annually; maintain pertinent records and documents. Track and document mishandled bags that cause system jams. Make required decisions and implement changes within the system when needed during irregular operation. Initiate BHS Team (baggage handling system) bridge call when necessary. Maintain clear communication over radio or phone between SOC, Facility Maintenance, Customer Service, Ramp Service and other regarding all major issues, changes and other requirements affecting the operation such as system faults and closeouts. Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Monitor and use of Fleet Focus work order system to generate work order requests placed by phone, email, radio, or the Facility Maintenance Service Portal. Distribute work orders within the Facilities Team. Generate weekly Fleet Focus work order reports/as required. Build and maintain professional working relationship with applicable stakeholders, including internal departments, vendors, TSA, and the port authorities. Update Vendor contact list and request vendor on site as required per management. Assist with administrative duties supporting front line Technicians, Supervisors, and Managers.
