About The Position

Summary: We are seeking a dependable Spray Line Operator to run our automated spray line, dry oven, and UV curing tunnel. This role includes loading chemicals, monitoring production, maintaining quality standards, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance. The job is physically demanding and requires working in noisy, dusty, and hot conditions. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Set up and operate spray line equipment, dry oven, and curing tunnel Load/unload products and chemicals Follow SOPs and QC standards using work instructions and visual checks Ensure correct coatings and materials are used; verify part numbers and specifications Communicate production needs with supervisor and team Perform operator-level preventative maintenance, including filter changes and equipment cleaning Support continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and organization Additional duties required: Oversee the efficiency of operators feeding and catching on the line. Working closely with engineering and management. Requirements

Previous machine operating experience (2 years)
