About The Position

Operator Associate II|Covington, Georgia|Hiring Immediately Compensation: $22.72-$24.95 per hour Available Shift: 7pm-7am 2-2-3 schedule TEXT TO APPLY NUMBER: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Essential duties and responsibilities: Consistently and safely operates machines at or above standard levels of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization Trouble shoot, identify and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine Provide innovative solutions for production issues Provides support and guidance to less experienced personnel Completes appropriate end of shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantities Able to inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct cause of defects Observes all housekeeping, standard work and safety guidelines Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year manufacturing or industrial experience working with production equipment and proven mechanical ability. Consistently and safely operates machines at or above standard levels of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization. Trouble shoot, identify and correct machine related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine. Provide innovative solutions for production issues. Provides support and guidance to less experienced personnel. Completes appropriate end of shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantities. Able to inspect and recognize defective product and make machine adjustments to correct cause of defects. Observes all housekeeping, standard work and safety guidelines. Mechanical aptitude, demonstrated problem solving skills and effective communication skills - written and verbal are required. Physical Requirements/Environmental/Working Conditions: Must be able to constantly stand, walk, use hands, and arms Must be able to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs Must frequently be able to bend at the waist/ hips Constantly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Constantly required reaching away from the body and frequently reaching overhead Ability to keep up with a machine conveyor line Able to work in differing temperatures Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as required

Requirements
