As an Operator 2 – Tractor, you’ll play a key role in preparing and maintaining our fields throughout the growing cycle. From land prep to cultivation, your work directly impacts the success of our crops.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of tractor operation experience with implements
• Minimum 3 months of agricultural experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be 18+ years old

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre-trip safety checks on equipment
• Operate tractors with implements such as disks, mulchers, land planes, GPS scrapers, rippers, and mowers
• Land preparation (disking, grading, subsoiling)
• Cultivation of crops
• Fertilization of soil
• Track and report acres prepared
• Follow all safety and food safety guidelines
• Support additional farm tasks as needed
