As an Operator 2 – Irrigator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our crops healthy and thriving by ensuring proper water application across our fields.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of agricultural experience preferred (irrigation experience a plus)
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining irrigation systems
- Applying fertigation, chemigation, and soil treatments
- Monitoring crop growth and adjusting irrigation as needed
- Setting and inspecting irrigation pipes, caps, nozzles, and drainage
- Coordinating irrigation schedules with Harvest, Crop Protection, and Production teams
- Performing basic irrigation equipment repairs and maintenance
- Following food safety, safety, and company policies
