As a Mixing Operator II, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and mixing ingredients according to specified recipes, ensuring the dough meets targeted texture characteristics. You will monitor and control dough temperatures, ingredient inventory, and the efficiency of the Rheon Line. Additionally, you will maintain clean and organized work areas, document mixing data accurately, and ensure compliance with quality, legality, and safety standards. This role requires lifting and dumping 50 lbs. flour bags and maintaining a vigilant eye on ingredient use times and equipment functionality.
