Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a Parts Handler & Packager in Hollis, NH that will be responsible for the precise handling, packaging, and preparation of small, fragile thin-film components. Job Location: Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing or precision‑handling experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination.
  • Ability to follow strict, step‑by-step instructions.
  • Comfortable handling fragile components and using tweezers.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and handle fragile thin‑film components following detailed procedural steps.
  • Work on one bio‑tray at a time to maintain correct part‑to‑tray alignment.
  • Realign, position plates, and perform controlled flips to transfer parts safely.
  • Use tweezers and small part vacuum wand to reposition shifted parts without causing contact or damage.
  • Assemble parts stacks or use empty chip trays as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality standards.
