About The Position

The Operator 1 position at Teva Pharmaceuticals is responsible for performing operations related to the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products. This includes equipment setup, operation, cleanup, and maintenance, all in compliance with regulatory cGMP requirements and company policies. The role is a night shift position, working Monday through Thursday from 8 PM to 6:30 AM.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer previous experience in a manufacturing environment within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food processing industries.
• Ability to receive instruction and follow directions.
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and management.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing/packaging equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the manufacturing and/or packaging process as assigned by following approved batch records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Set up, changeover, program, and operate various manufacturing and/or packaging equipment.
• Clean facilities, equipment, and utensils as required following SOPs and WIs.
• Complete documentation as required in the manufacturing and/or packaging of product.
• Complete all training requirements and maintain 100% compliance with all assignments.
• Maintain work areas and perform job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies, cGMPs, SOPs, and Batch Record instructions.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
