About The Position

TL;DR: We're hiring a generalist to work across marketing, product, and customer success. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a highly organized role like management consulting, operations, or early startup.
  • Sharp, resourceful, and thrive in ambiguity. You can quickly pick things up, make sense of messy or undefined problems, and just figure it out
  • Detail-oriented, sweating the small stuff—calendars, docs, follow-ups, and processes —so they run better with you involved.
  • Energized by a high-intensity, fast-moving environment where there’s always more to do than people to do it.
  • Don’t mind grinding — you’re down to do what it takes to get it done, whether it’s helping with logistics for a launch, following up on loose ends, or solving unexpected problems.
  • Want to be part of a small team where your work has real impact, and where success in this role can evolve into leading a critical part of the company over time.
  • Enjoy working in person 5 days a week in SF.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor customer health and engagement — identifying risks early, crafting success plans, and ensuring renewals and expansions.
  • Build strong customer relationships, plan for internal and external deadlines, and be willing to pick up the phone and call them if there’s ever a problem.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and sales to champion customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics, including adoption, retention, NRR, and satisfaction.
  • Own daily execution, refine processes, and flag bottlenecks or risks.
