About The Position

National Powersport Auctions (NPA) is the world's largest powersport auction and remarketing company. This position, Receiving/Delivery and Warehouse Inventory Control, is responsible for the initial vehicle verification during the receiving and check-in process, including identifying and communicating discrepancies to management. The role also involves assisting in the safe and responsible unloading and loading process for transportation and vehicle processing. Basic employee responsibilities, such as punctuality, courtesy, proper use of company equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and checking in/out with supervisors, are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform initial vehicle verification during the receiving and check in process.
  • Ability to fix and communicate discrepancies to management.
  • Ability to assist in the unloading and loading process for transportation and vehicle processing safely and responsibly.
  • Ability to work overtime if required.
  • Punctuality and adherence to work schedule.
  • Courteous and respectful behavior towards employees and customers.
  • Proper use of company equipment for company purposes only.
  • Safe operation of company vehicles within their intended purpose.
  • Appropriate dress according to job duties and employee manual.
  • Ability to maintain a neat and clean work area.
  • Proactive in asking questions when unsure.
  • Ability to check in and out with direct supervisors at the beginning and end of daily shift.
  • Ability to communicate load out and drop offs with Transporters.
  • Ability to verify vehicle Identification number (VIN) including year, make, mileage and model.
  • Ability to tag and label all vehicles entering facility.
  • Ability to make comments during the receiving process.
  • Ability to tag all parts and accessories included but not attached to vehicle.
  • Ability to scan out vehicles during auction and delivery process.
  • Ability to return company equipment (handhelds, forklifts) before end of shift.
  • Ability to report safety related or damage issues with company equipment.
  • Ability to return keys immediately when finished using them.
  • Ability to report damage incurred while moving or operating inventory vehicles.

Responsibilities
