About The Position

The Operations and Visual Manager at Alo Yoga is a vital member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing the operational and visual strategies of the store. This role focuses on inventory management, labor planning, and ensuring the store is always customer-ready. The manager will oversee daily operations, support visual standards, and lead a team to achieve business goals while maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in succession planning and talent development.
• Familiarity with retail inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor by leveraging business performance data.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours for product deliveries.
• Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls, in partnership with the General Manager.
• Review, monitor, and partner with the General Manager to manage the budget and reporting, including metrics like expenses and sell-thru.
• Lead the Operations and Visual team to effectively communicate Alo's mission and guiding principles to guests.
• Establish internal and external pipelines through succession planning and recruitment strategy.
• Write effective schedules that prioritize the best business strategy, in partnership with the General/Store Manager.
• Oversee the execution of Flow experience deliverables while protecting operational efficiency.
