We are currently seeking a Utility Staff Team Member to join our growing team. Requirements
- A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of screen-printing techniques, ink mixing, and press operation (preferred, but not required).
Responsibilities
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining automatic and manual screen-printing presses.
- Ensuring proper placement, alignment, and quality of prints on garments.
- Mixing, handling, and applying inks and coatings according to specifications.
- Loading and unloading apparel for efficient production flow.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and production floor.
- Inspecting printed products for quality control and making necessary adjustments.
- Cleaning and reclaiming screens, squeegees, and other equipment after each job.
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Assisting with troubleshooting printing issues and resolving production challenges.
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
