The position involves supporting the Manager of New Restaurant Openings (NROs) and restaurant-level managers with pre-opening logistics, including training materials, uniforms, and the Pre-Opening Training Kit. The role requires participation in weekly BWW GO Open Strong preparation calls with the restaurant management team, communication of the NRO training plan and agenda, and coordination of scheduled NRO training sessions with company and franchise leadership teams. The responsibilities extend through the training week, where the individual executes the NRO training plan, observes and assesses the performance of the restaurant team, leads training sessions, and collaborates with IT and construction teams to ensure a smooth opening. Ongoing responsibilities include connecting with restaurant operators, coaching teams, supporting system-wide rollouts, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
