Sixt is looking for an Operations Trainer to achieve training objectives by leading all classroom and virtual-based trainings, creating training materials to align with company goals, following up with onboarding and tracking training completion. You facilitate all classroom and virtual led training, onboard new employees, continually update training materials to align with operational needs, and maintain the appearance of the training center up to SIXT standards. You perform in-person coaching at the branch level and track all training completion for the participants. Additionally, you oversee the organization of training dates, travel, and direct billing accounts.
