About The Position

Sixt is looking for an Operations Trainer in New York or Newark to achieve training objectives by leading all classroom and virtual-based trainings, creating training materials to align with company goals, and following up with onboarding and tracking training completion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management or training experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Proficient in training processes, team-based project management, strong vendor management skills, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
• Success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
• Flexible and willing to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all classroom and virtual led training
• Onboard new employees
• Continually update training materials to align with operational needs and maintain the appearance of the training center up to SIXT standards
• Perform in-person coaching at the branch level
• Track all training completion for the participants
• Oversee the organization of training dates, travel, and direct billing accounts
