About The Position

Overview As an Operations Trainer, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit: You'll be responsible for the development and communication of operation-related training (i.e.: Customer Service, Collections, Payment Processing, etc.), to ensure company standards are met and maintained, including the highest standards of customer service in the industry. You'll work with management to recognize and communicate areas that require training to ensure proper adherence to company processes, procedures, and all regulatory obligations. You will collaborate with department managers to implement training solutions. We hire people, not positions. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in curriculum design and/or development required.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant facilitation experience or training in an adult learning environment both in-person and virtual required.
  • Ability to develop technical content required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize based on business needs.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, in all situations.
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work various shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of collections and bankcard practices preferred.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design software (Camtasia, Articulate Rise/ Storyline, and PowToons) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training job aids, and other training resources.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and learning objectives in collaboration with business managers.
  • Collaborate with business managers on certification of training participants.
  • Conduct training classes as required, both in-person and virtual instructor-led (VILT).
  • Ensure strict compliance with Federal and State laws.
  • Manage a variety of projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
