The Operations Trainer at The Innovations Company works closely with the Talent Development Director to build the ground-up Legacy Learning Program. This critical position drives the Talent Development department’s mission to provide specialized, high-impact learning solutions that ensure our technical and project-focused team members maintain the highest levels of proficiency, execution, and innovation. The Operations Trainer will partner directly with business leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to design, develop, and implement custom training content focusing on: Complex Methodologies and Tools Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Design and Development Project Management Lifecycle and Governance Protocols Technical Compliance and Documentation Standards This role is key to empowering our workforce to execute complex projects flawlessly and become the best, most proficient version of themselves.
