As an Operations Trainer, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit: You'll be responsible for the development and communication of operation-related training (i.e.: Customer Service, Collections, Payment Processing, etc.), to ensure company standards are met and maintained, including the highest standards of customer service in the industry. You'll work with management to recognize and communicate areas that require training to ensure proper adherence to company processes, procedures, and all regulatory obligations. You will collaborate with department managers to implement training solutions. We hire people, not positions.
