About The Position

KeHE, a natural, organic, specialty and fresh food distributor, is looking for a Warehouse Trainer to join our team. This role is essential in training new hires across all shifts and temperature zones, ensuring they meet performance standards while aligning with our company culture. The position requires a leader with safety knowledge and warehouse experience, who can positively influence outcomes and support the operations team.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Complete KeHE Train the Trainer courses and ongoing training.
• Some computer experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and in multiple temperature zones.
• May require travel to other distribution centers.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Train all new hires within operations including all shifts and all temperature zones.
• Train transfers and retrain associates not meeting their standards.
• Operate as an extension of the management team to ensure new associates meet the performance schedule.
• Work with zone supervisors to provide quality onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Follow new hire trainer communication script and procedures.
• Foster a safety culture by engaging personnel and driving safety initiatives.
• Promote a clean work environment and the importance of attendance and attitude.
• Train new associates following the Training Curriculum by zone.
• Maintain and monitor completion of all training tasks.
• Communicate progress, risks, or concerns to zone supervisors.
• Complete SOP checklist with employees and assist in retraining as needed.
• Provide input for employees' 30/60/90 day reviews.
• Cross-train employees in other areas as needed.
• Assist warehouse operations with other responsibilities when not training.
