About The Position
COTY is looking for smart leaders who are tenacious, passionate, and fearlessly kind. Operations Trainers are responsible for owning and driving the training program for operations. Operations Trainers leverage learning through training, written approved procedures and other proactive activities. All documentation pertaining to Training Instructions and Historical Records should be owned by Operation Training Team. Trainers equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out work-related tasks according to approved procedures. Trainers either deliver training themselves or arrange for other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to do so and monitor outcomes.
