The Fulfillment Operations Trainer should have a broad subject matter expertise, have consistently met performance expectations and have demonstrated the ability to train and develop team members on tasks required for the department workflow. The Care Operations Trainer will continue to do critical front line work and will be a key contributor to the department workflow. The Fulfillment Operations Trainer will conduct continued training for new employees after their introductory period of training through our Organizational Development department has been completed. We view this position as a developmental role in providing an opportunity for a strong contributor with the ability to explain tasks and train others to take a step forward in their career and provide an opportunity to demonstrate higher level leadership abilities.
