About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Operations Trainee to join our team and learn our business from the ground up. This is a hands‑on, “boots‑on‑the‑ground” development role designed for someone who wants to understand every part of our operations and grow into an effective leader. The Operations Trainee will be based primarily in Fond du Lac , with regular time spent at our Green Bay and Sheboygan locations. This rotational exposure is intentional — giving you a full picture of how our business runs and preparing you for future leadership opportunities within our organization. This will include balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials. · Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and tolerate exposure to the elements of the environment: hot and cold, smells and noises unique to the plant.
