The Operations Technology Person (OTP) is responsible for repairing and maintaining the technology equipment in our 8 restaurants. The right candidate will be able to perform certain self-installs and OS upgrades, troubleshoot POS technology issues, and provide the necessary resources, tools, and support as new technologies and initiatives are deployed. Additionally, the OTP will perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment, ensure proper cable management, and effectively communicate technology issues, outcomes, needs, and costs weekly. The role also includes setting up new hire accounts and resetting passwords as necessary. Flexible availability is required as some upgrades or equipment replacement must be completed during late evenings or early mornings. The candidate must be available to troubleshoot on-site or over the phone and should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior experience is required, and transportation is necessary.
