About The Position

We're an established commercial upholstery company serving hospitals, casinos, hotels, and restaurants. We're looking for a motivated team member who can handle both hands-on repair tasks and operations tracking. This is not a traditional upholstery role, but you'll learn the basics of furniture repair and cover replacement so you can train others and keep projects moving.

Requirements

• Organized, proactive, and willing to be hands-on.
• Comfortable with technology (Excel/Google Sheets, job tracking tools).
• Strong leadership skills; able to direct crews and ensure quality work.

Nice To Haves

• Background in maintenance, construction, logistics, or operations helpful (not required).

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic installation tasks (OEM cover replacements, furniture repairs).
• Assist with training and supervising crews of laborers on projects.
• Manage schedules, deliveries, and logistics.
• Track inventory, orders, and supplies in spreadsheets.
• Communicate with clients and vendors professionally.
• Keep project status updated (ordered, received, completed).
