About The Position
The R&D Technician at LyondellBasell is responsible for conducting laboratory and pilot-scale research and development tasks. This role involves running experiments, sampling, testing, measuring, recording, and analyzing results to achieve project goals in the Chemicals R&D department. The technician will also lead on-the-job training for fellow technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols while interfacing with various teams to execute experimental programs effectively.
