Woodward is looking for a Weekends 2nd shift (Fri-Sun 3pm-3:30am) member to their FMU Production Line at the Rock Cut Campus. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with components and tools, conducting assemblies and inspections, and ensuring quality standards are met. If you enjoy working in a team environment and have a keen eye for precision, this role is for you! Training for the first 2 weeks will take place on 1st shift, M-F 7am-3:30pm. Training starting week 3 will take place on the normal Weekends 2nd shift schedule.

Requirements

  • Understands and follows technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Supports technical process development.
  • Troubleshoots complex technical product issues based on engineering/ technical documentation.

  • 3+ Years manufacturing experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints & GD&T
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
