We’re looking for an Operations Technology Product Management Intern to join the Platform Product and Design Team for the summer. In this role, you’ll support the team responsible for building and improving the systems that power Avant’s customer service and operations teams. This includes tools used by our contact center, internal workflows that support complaints and disputes, and emerging AI-enabled experiences that help teams serve customers more effectively. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help investigate customer pain points, analyze operational feedback, and support technology initiatives that improve the customer experience while helping our teams operate more efficiently at scale.
