Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and move equipment
- Familiarity with cGMP and electronic systems
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Manage lab inventory, media preparation, and supply coordination
- Oversee safe handling of compressed gases and cryogenic liquids
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance of temperature units, fume hoods, and biosafety cabinets
- Track equipment maintenance and calibration using electronic systems
- Coordinate workflows across departments using digital tools
- Maintain and reconcile lab notebooks and logbooks
- Support recurring equipment maintenance and calibration schedules
- Organize and label lab spaces per SOPs
- Complete safety and procedural trainings
- Operate in areas handling potent chemical compounds
- Supervise and support lab logistics team members
- Assign and manage daily workload and priorities
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics
- Conduct safety walkthroughs and compliance checks
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Deliver ongoing training and mentorship
- Support weekend and overtime scheduling as needed
