About The Position

Works under minimal s uper v1s 1on of the Sr Director of Healthcare Operations. Provides centra l ized support to the retail pharmacy store teams to achieve pharmacy service goa l s related to programs suc h as medication therapy management and medication adherence. Follows standa rd procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Complete tasks related to supporting operations w ithin the pharmacy. Act i v itie s will relate to clinical program s upport , immuni zat i on workflow an d compliance , comm uni cation and knowledge base management, and pharmacist scheduling and pa yro ll functions. This is not a remote position.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pharmacy operations
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Responsibilities

  • Centrally prepare Stars, TIPs and CMRs for patients assigned to sto re s in the MTM platform software
  • Co m plete techn i c ian driven targeted i nt erve nti o n s in O ut comes.
  • Reconcile the allergy and medication list from the MTM softwa r e with the prescription history in
  • Transcribe the TIPs or alerts from the MTM software t o the CMR Worksheet
  • Submit the CMR Worksheet to the Manager of Pharmacy Services for
  • Provide CMR worksheets to pharmacy teams fo r cases
  • Commun i cate with pharmacy staff to ensure completion of prepped
  • Comp let e t ech driven TIPs in the OutcomesMTM
  • S upp ort off site flu
  • Act as a liaison between the store and the cl ini c
  • Coord inat e execution of the
  • Work with store teams and Regional Pharmacy Managers to select clinic
  • Coord in ate marketing materials for eac h
  • Track sched ul ed and com ple ted clinics using t h e Flu Cl ini c T r
  • Support appropriate billing of
  • Support appropriate record keeping for vacc inat
  • Help maintain patient records in the
  • Aid pharmacists in obtaini n g access to the H
  • Support store level comp lian ce w ith vacc inati on regulations
  • Track CPR and Hep B Vaccination status
  • Coord inat e communicat i on to the store teams
  • Assign and track
  • Se nd daily emails
  • Maintain resources in task
  • Creates the working schedu lin g for
  • Prepares payroll for Regional Healthcare Manager to approve and resolves payroll issue s when
  • Maintain s pharmacist and techn i cian licensing and
  • Participate in additional pharmacy serv i ce-related proj ects as
  • Maintain confident iali ty regarding all pat ient
  • Must keep current with a ll State and Federal requirements related to conditions of
  • Respon sib l e for comp l eting all mandatory and regulatory training
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
