Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Operations Support Technician to support our Navy client located in Pensacola, FL. The position will support the Navy Education Training Command (NETC) Data Center and Facilities Monitoring. Essential skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, on-call availability, routine documentation, facility access/visitation, receiving, and DRMO of assets. How your role will make an impact: Monitor data center environment. Monitor operational status of production and development assets. Document visitation to the facilities. Maintain visitor logs and provide facilities access to approved personnel. Receive packages from the warehouse. Review SOPs, logs and video surveillance. Provide on-call support to personnel who need facilities access. Process equipment for DRMO/destruction.
