You'll be the critical link between our restoration crews, logistics team, and customers - ensuring the right equipment and support reach the right place at the right time. Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Class E required within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to on-call needs
- Dependable and self-motivated: You see what needs doing and do it.
- Adaptable: You stay cool when plans change (and they will).
- Energetic: You move with purpose - no hiding out, no wasted time.
- Accountable: You can work independently and own your results.

Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up restoration equipment
- Support job site setup, breakdown, and cleanup
- Keep equipment and materials organized and accounted for
- Jump in to help the logistics team during peak hours
- Stay flexible - emergencies don't clock out at 5:00
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and customers
- Model safe driving and safe work habits - every time
