About The Position

The Operations Support Team Member is responsible for supporting both customer-facing operations and warehouse activities. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth customer experience by coordinating installations, managing communication, and maintaining accurate inventory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or warehouse support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work in varying conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Unload carpet and materials from trucks safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts to move inventory
  • Load carpet and materials onto installers’ vehicles accurately and quickly
  • Pull, prepare, and stage materials for installations
  • Load products safely and efficiently
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Assist with physical inventory and reporting
  • Schedule and confirm installation appointments
  • Track project progress and manage service calls
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and partners
  • Coordinate with installers to meet timelines and quality standards
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed
  • Work closely with installers and internal teams
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support daily operational goals
