About The Position

Community Concierge Services is a national maintenance services company operating in 15+ states. We provide doorstep trash collection, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning to multifamily communities across the country. We're growing fast and looking for someone ready to grow with us. This position is based in Atlanta, GA - our office is on the beltline near Krog Street Market. We're hiring an Operations Support Specialist to serve as a key connector between our leadership team, field operations, and the communities we serve. This is a hands-on, high-variety role - no two weeks will look the same. You'll support everything from launching new communities to managing fleet logistics to stepping in wherever the business needs you most. This position reports directly to senior leadership and has a clear path into an operations management role for the right person.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations, logistics, field services, or a similar hands-on role
  • Someone who thrives on variety and doesn't need a rigid routine to stay productive
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities across markets
  • Comfortable with travel (regular trips to markets outside Atlanta)
  • Solid communicator who can work across field teams, clients, and executives
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (Google Workspace, project management software, etc.)
  • A self-starter mentality - you see what needs to get done and you do it

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in property services, multifamily housing, or field workforce management
  • Fleet management or logistics background

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute new community rollouts across multiple markets
  • Manage fleet operations including vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling, and compliance
  • Oversee and improve internal systems and operational workflows
  • Monitor client satisfaction and serve as a point of escalation when needed
  • Provide backup support for customer service during peak periods or staffing gaps
  • Manage inventory for supplies and equipment across markets
  • Travel to various markets to provide on-the-ground support and conduct field audits
  • Assist the C-suite and leadership team with special projects and day-to-day operational needs
