About The Position

The Operations Support Specialist at Citizens Bank plays a crucial role in the Account Service Center by providing comprehensive support across various banking operations. Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of banking experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating Windows-based PC.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with general office equipment such as copier, scanner, fax, and filing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide backup support in various areas including Wires, ACH Receipt, Item Processing, Card Services, Office Assistant, and Courier.
  • Conduct elevated branch support and research.
  • Initial review of ASC department procedures and certifications.
  • Process garnishments and levies.
  • Balance general ledger and dispute claims for card and ACH transactions.
  • Print, sort, and mail customer statements and notices.
  • Assist in office tasks and provide additional support as needed.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with teammates and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other banking regulations.
  • Maintain the safety, integrity, and confidentiality of customer information.
  • Model the Citizens Bank corporate culture in all interactions.
  • Complete all assigned training courses and maintain regular attendance.
