About The Position
The Operations Support Specialist (OSS) is a pivotal role within our clinic, essential to enhancing the patient experience and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to both patients and visitors. As a key member of the site-based leadership team, the OSS collaborates closely with the Practice Supervisor to coordinate daily work activities, resolve issues, and oversee the training and orientation of support staff. Additionally, the OSS plays a significant role in the performance evaluation process and actively contributes to process improvements aimed at meeting the Medical Group's performance standards. This role requires a degree of schedule flexibility, including the capability to open or close the clinic as needed. As a vital member of both the OSS and leadership teams, this position is essential for ensuring smooth clinic operations and achieving our organizational goals.
