What would you do as an Operations Support Specialist III As an Operations Support Specialist III at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our frontline staff and members by processing electronic payments and providing comprehensive account and program administration. Your responsibilities will include fulfilling member requests, such as card orders and fraud dispute claims, while efficiently processing and balancing ACH and Share Drafts. You'll adeptly manage checks presented at ATMs and in the Remote Deposit Channel, handle wire requests, and engage in fraud and risk management to mitigate potential losses. With a focus on special accounts like Representative Payee, Estates, and Conservatorships, you'll utilize critical thinking to address unique cases across various states. Your expertise in IRAs and fiduciary accounts will be essential as you oversee unclaimed property processes and resolve escalated issues, making a significant impact on our members' experiences. Requirements

  • Minimum three (3)years experience within a financial institution (preferably with operations emphasis).
  • Ability to independently navigate multiple internet resources/interfaces and tools in order to research, compile, and report information as required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and fellow employees, both verbally and in writing.
