This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required! This position is for a weekday shift (Monday through Friday). 30% Help Desk management – Occupy the Production Operations Control Center (POCC) which serves as the customer service hub for Blue Origin Manufacturing. Update the POCC monitors with rotational presentations and timely general notifications. 35%: Day to day support - Support current business systems including issue identification and resolution, functional performance monitoring and recovery strategies to meet business objectives. Leverage both user feedback and business need to drive improvement. 30%: Shared Asset Prioritization – Manage shared asset reservations like forklifts, cranes, trucks, and transport carts. Prioritize customer requests according to critical path schedule needs.
