About The Position
Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking to hire a Senior Manager for Operations Support. Reporting to the Nuclear Facility Manager/Operations and Maintenance Director, the Operations Support Manager provides integrated mission support to enable safe, compliant, and efficient nuclear facility operations. This role works closely with the Operations Manager and will oversee mission enablement function, with the primary functions around focusing on production operations supporting mission critical operational activities executed by both operations and R&D workgroups. This position will also support other duties related to waste disposition, workforce support, training and qualification systems, logistics, planning, execution support, administrative controls, and mission readiness activities. This position ensures operational execution is supported with the resources, processes, and services necessary to achieve mission deliverables in alignment with DOE requirements, contractor expectations, and facility conduct of operations standards. Responsibilities
