The Operations Support/Scheduling/Office Admin position at TruTeam is a part-time role focused on managing the daily operations of a busy branch office. The role requires an energetic individual who can efficiently handle scheduling, communication with customers and staff, and general office tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and contributing to a team that values integrity and innovation.

  • Organize and manage the day-to-day schedule through consistent communication with customers and staff members via email, phone calls, and text messages.
  • Manage records and information effectively.
  • Navigate through Contractor Management Software to collect upcoming schedule dates for insulation and gutter installations.
  • Communicate with Builders and General Contractors regarding insulation and gutter needs for upcoming projects.
  • Convert quotes to work orders on a daily basis.
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
  • Perform general office tasks such as replenishing office supplies, distributing mail, and custodial duties.
  • Complete any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required if operating a Company Vehicle.
  • Previous experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred)
