The Operations Support Representative is primarily responsible for providing general clerical and administrative support. Key responsibilities include entering payroll and time data in the Time Reporting Information System (TRIS) for Operating Center personnel, updating the ACO/ARCOS database, daily sheets, and maintaining necessary reports with current information. The representative is also responsible for updating daily orders in the Customer Service System (CSS), OAS, and Maximosystems, including rate changes, installs/removes, lighting orders, disconnects for non-pay, and damage claim billing. This role involves reviewing, investigating, and completing CSS Work Flow Manager (WFM) online reports, as well as contacting customers concerning updates and changes with schedules and orders. Additionally, the representative must accurately maintain files and records, provide clerical support including handling mail, office supplies, general letters, and spreadsheets, and assist other Operating Centers during vacations and illnesses as needed.

  • Enter payroll and time data in Time Reporting Information System (TRIS) for Operating Center personnel.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One or more years of relevant clerical/administrative experience required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.
  • Working knowledge of specific Ameren systems (CSS, OAS, etc.) preferred.
  • Good communication and human relations skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Clerical aptitude testing and data entry testing required for position.
  • Experience with Ameren systems (CSS, OAS, etc.) preferred.
  • Eligible for annual incentive payments based on company performance and subject to sole management discretion.
