About The Position

A seasonal Operations Support Representative is a hands‑on support role that assists with day‑to‑day branch operations across multiple functional areas. This position works collaboratively with team members to support operational efficiency, safety, and customer service, particularly during peak seasonal periods.

Requirements

1+ years of related operations or agricultural experience
Knowledge of agricultural operations preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons
High School Diploma or equivalent
Class A CDL preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist Support daily operations including warehouse, seed, inventory, and fertilizer activities
Assist with seed treatments, product handling, and order fulfillment
Support inventory control, product intake, and monitoring processes
Assist with dispatching, logistics, and shipping documentation
Utilize systems such as JD Edwards for order processing, shipping papers, and invoicing
Support liquid fertilizer operations as needed
Participate in EHSS, DOT, and process training to support regulatory compliance
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals
