Join our team as an Operations Support (Public Service Representative 3), where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional office support and creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in customer service.
  • One year of which must have included explanation of rules, regulations, and policies and responsibility for dealing with unique or unusual situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing in-person and phone support to people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring their individual needs were met.
  • Experience using Office 365 tools like Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook to complete tasks.
  • Experience working independently and staying organized to manage daily tasks efficiently.
  • Experience using multiple computer screens and managing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respectful and welcoming support to individuals and families by clearly explaining SSP rules, policies, procedures, and available programs.
  • Help with application processing by checking documents for completeness, doing brief screenings, and setting up appointments with the right staff.
  • Coordinate appointments for multiple staff, including home visits, coaching sessions, and referrals to community partners.
  • Manage Medicaid documentation by processing and routing forms, scanning and organizing electronic case files, and checking for quality and compliance.
  • Complete administrative and financial tasks such as tracking and handing out transportation vouchers, preparing intake packets, and keeping reception supplies stocked.
  • Support team improvement by suggesting ways to improve workflows, joining trainings, and helping coworkers when needed.
