An exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Manager has arisen for our Indianapolis, IN team. As the Operations Support Manager, you will be a key contributor to the improvement strategy for the business and support the development of improvement strategies. Leadership, drive and agility in the delivery of End to End (E2E) process level step-change value added projects is essential. You will drive change management by influencing and coaching leadership, management, and teams across critical processes and specialty functions on Lean and Six Sigma improvement. In this role you will travel domestically up to 80% with occasionally travel to the UK. Why Rolls-Royce?
