You will be responsible for managing the entire dining service operation and will handle the following:

Requirements

Multi-Unit and Production Facility experience required.
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Formulate budgets and plans for the operation.
Maintain and implement standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation.
Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies.
Accountable for accurate reporting for the account.
