Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain or relevant fields required.
- 1-3 years of people leadership experience required.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Kaizen, 5S, Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with site leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborate across various organizational functions to drive operational results.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to warehouse associates.
