About The Position

This role is essential for providing short-term leadership at fulfillment center warehouse locations that are either vacant or underperforming. The Operations Support Manager will drive results, optimize supply chain processes, and implement best practices to achieve best-in-class performance across key metrics. Flexibility and adaptability are key as the business model evolves, ensuring continuous improvement and collaboration within teams to meet strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain or relevant fields required.
  • 1-3 years of people leadership experience required.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Kaizen, 5S, Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with site leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and compliance with SOPs.
  • Collaborate across various organizational functions to drive operational results.
